Right to Manage

Galbraith offers a fully comprehensive Right to Manage Service.

The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 provides a right for apartment owners to transfer the management functions to a Right to Manage Company set up by them.

If you own an apartment in a block of flats and wish to take over the transfer of responsibility and decision making of your block, then you may wish to proceed along the Right to Manage route. There is no need for the apartment owners to prove mismanagement by the Landlord. The right is available, whether that landlord's management has been good, bad or indifferent.

We charge £40.00 per flat plus VAT for administering the process on behalf of the RTM Company. For some larger properties we can reduce the fee accordingly. We do however have a minimum fee of £400 plus VAT.
